- Weekly or monthly on-site property checks.
- Provision of a protected and regulated client account.
- Set-up and implementation of automated payments for household expenses and utility bills.
- Arrangement and scheduling with contractors to handle repairs and routine maintenance, personally supervised by one of our staff.
- Additional detailing to prepare for your arrival to ensure a smooth running of your household holiday.
- Creation of a full property detail, with information on household items and appliances under warranty, inspection and reports on maintenance and repairs, and reviews of household insurance to check all terms are complied with by our in-house legal team.
Dedicated Property Maintenance and Expenditure Management
As part of our property management services, we ensure that your property is properly maintained, and your services and licenses are paid and up to date. We offer a dedicated account for each client that will be used to pay your bills and manage repairs. All client accounts are regulated by independent redress schemes.
In addition, we can monitor all of your expenditures through your client account as part of a bespoke accountancy service, reporting the yearly costings for your property’s maintenance and repairs, bill payments, staff expenditure, or anything other transactions on your account.

Our clientele is therefore kept only to a manageable level so that it will always remain director and family-run.
